Some WISDOM for your midweek! Don’t miss these!
1) Report: Abortions drop to a 20-year low in Nebraska – AP Omaha.com
The Pro-Life Movement has had all sorts of miraculous progress lately with several of the Planned Parenthood clinics closing in Texas and then I just saw this headline the other day! Great news from back home in The Good Life, abortions are at a 20-year low. What I love about this article, aside from the stats, is the fact that it’s in the Living Well section – I’ll say! All those saved babies are sure living well! Keep the prayers going, everyone! SPEAK for the voiceless!
2) Treating those we love like strangers by Matt Archbold, National Catholic Register
Are you kinder to strangers at the check out than you are to your sweeties at home? It’s easy to gloss over the family under the same roof because we grow accustomed to them being around. We get annoyed by their idiosyncrasies and I tell you, as a mother, I’m totally guilty of giving strangers the time of day more than my own boys. I have a bunch of pent-up thoughts on this that I’ll save for another post, but in the mean time, Matt Archbold speaks to this effect perfectly.
3) Saving the best for last, I pinned this the other day because it just WORKS. I had no problem applying this to the on-goings of my soul and I felt instantly comforted by these {as always} perfectly-timed words of the Lord.
